I recently revisited this 1971 conversation between James Baldwin and Nikki Giovanni. I find that drawing while listening to conversations (recorded or in person) can transform my engagement with the dialogue and help me remember/meditate on the parts that really resonate. I’ve included a few panels here from moments that really struck me, though I encourage everyone to listen to it in its entirety.
